Frank Ssemakula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University which he received in 2018. He also holds a Diploma in the same field and a Certificate in Information Technology from the Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology (UICT) Nakawa from 2012 and 2010 respectively. He was also awarded a certificate in Cisco Enterprise Networking from UTL Technologies Ltd., Bengaluru, India. Frank has also achieved the MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) and Wireless Engineer (MTCWE) professional certificates. He is currently a research assistant at netlabs!UG Research Centre, Makerere University as well serving as a member school management committee for St. Kizito Mugigi Kyamuliibwa Primary School, Kalungu District, Central Uganda.
